This is carried out through the online submission of the Application Form signed with a qualified electronic signature by the applicant, along with the corresponding set of documents. ODA ensures the possibility to download templates of documents, declarations, applications, and notes online.

The set of documents shall include:

a) Annual financial statements for the last fiscal period submitted to NBS / Unified fiscal report submitted to STS or, in the case of individuals, documents demonstrating activity and experience (purchase documents, invoices, documents proving acquisition/ownership of production equipment, documents confirming participation in fairs and exhibitions) for at least 12 months prior to application, in one of the eligible economic activities under the Program

b) Price offers containing technical specifications of the requested goods/services

c) Documents confirming ownership or usage rights: lease agreement / free use agreement / rent agreement and others (as applicable)

d) Financial data in the Application Form

e) Licenses and authorizations available at the enterprise (if applicable)

f) Other relevant documents (if applicable)

Documents shall be electronically signed using a qualified electronic signature.

As a result, a registration message in the Program is automatically generated, with a unique registration number sent to the applicant via email.
