ODA’s mission is to implement the State’s policy of supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.

2. Purpose and core tasks as per job description:
Purpose of the function: Coordination of grant activities for entrepreneurs participating in fairs and exhibitions and for entrepreneurs participating in the Education Programme.
Core tasks of the function:
Carrying out qualified consultations with entrepreneurs who have sought subsidies and compensation;
Conducting information sessions and public presentations on how to apply to compensation/grant programmes;
— Assisting enterprises of all forms of ownership in the preparation of documents for the award of grants/compensation;
Examining, analysing and summarising subsidy/compensation issues;
Acceptance of applications and other documents on the basis of which grants and compensation are awarded,
— Carry out the calculation of subsidies/compensations in accordance with the calculation methodology;
— Recording the amount of subsidy/compensation allocated in the statistical reporting logbook;
Presentation of the weekly report on the number of enterprises that have applied for subsidies/compensation;
Carrying out the inventory of electronic files submitted by entrepreneurs receiving subsidies/compensation in accordance with the procedure laid down by the legislation;

4. Conditions of application:
Studies: higher education in economics/accounting;
Work experience: minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field;
Knows Romanian;
— Has knowledge of English level B1 (B2 is an advantage) and Russian;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
While working in previous workplaces, has not infringed Article 7 (2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person is in employment for the first time;
— Is not deprived by the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a certain activity in those functions and activities.

— For the planning and organisation of working time and compliance with deadlines,
— Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Working arrangements of the institution:
40 hours/week.
Monday-Friday, 8.00-17.00, lunch break: 12.00-13.00.
