IP ODA’s mission is to implement the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.

Purpose and core tasks as per job description: 

Purpose of the function: carrying out the institution’s financial activities in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Core tasks as per job description:

• Ensure that the financial and accounting activities of the organisation are carried out effectively in accordance with the legal provisions in force;
• Supervise the management of the financial means in accordance with the procurement plan and the approved internal acts;
• Ensure accounting records in accordance with national accounting standards and international financial reporting standards;
• Ensure the preparation of statistical, fiscal and reporting reports to the relevant Ministry and other institutions;
• Participate in drawing up the revenue and expenditure budget, draw up the annual budget and monitor its implementation;
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports as required by the management, the hierarchical superior and the relevant institutions;
• Manage the financial domain in projects implemented by the Institution;
• It ensures the proper functioning of the section and contributes to the internal management control.

Conditions of application:

• Higher degree in economics (accountancy).
• Work experience of at least 2 years in the field of accounting.
• Speaks Romanian;
• Knowledge of English at B2 level;
• While working in previous workplaces, has not infringed Article 7 (2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person is in employment for the first time;
• Is not deprived by the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a certain activity in those functions and activities.

Knowledge required:

In the specific area of activity:

• the economic legislation in force;
• National Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards;
• legislation in the field of tax activity;
• programme-specific provisions implemented by ODA.

In the digital field: 

• Microsoft Office package – Advanced user.

• the declaration on honour regarding the fact that, during the activity in previous workplaces, it did not infringe Article 7 (2) of Law No nr.325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person falls within the scope of work for the first time.
