Entrepreneurship Education Programme
The Entrepreneurship Education Programme aims to develop human capital by promoting entrepreneurial skills and culture, which could lead to job creation, increase the number of newly created companies and reduce their bankruptcy rate, as well as increase the competitiveness and resilience of SMEs in Moldova.
Entrepreneurship training courses are supported by experts/service providers contracted by ODA.

Specific objectives
- Promoting entrepreneurial skills;
- Training the managerial skills of entrepreneurs and SME employees to make business management more efficient;
- Promoting the expansion and internationalization of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova by creating competences and skills necessary to develop a strategic development action plan, including the financial management necessary to implement it in practice.
Start in Business
The training is aimed at those who:
- They have several business ideas, but don't know which one to implement;
- They have an idea, but want to convince themselves that the business idea is good, viable, has a good chance;
- They have an idea already tested, but don't know how to get started;
- They want to develop entrepreneurial skills and generate, analyse and select the most viable business ideas that can then be translated into a business plan.
Business Efficiency
The training is aimed at those who want to strengthen their knowledge in the following areas:
- Greening SMEs;
- Marketing and sales;
- Financial management of the business;
- Online commerce;
- Business process management;
- Human resources management;
- Energy Efficiency;
- Legal framework and state control.
Business Expansion / Internationalisation
The training is aimed at those who want to expand and internationalise their business:
- Export-import operations;
- Strategic management and development of company development strategies;
- Financial management of the enterprise (advanced level).
