15 October 2026, Chisinau — As a strategic partner, the Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) invites interested entrepreneurs, companies and institutions to participate in the official launch of the Moldova AI Hub, taking place today and tomorrow, on 16 October 2026, in Tekwill.

Moldova AI Hub is a cooperation platform connecting public institutions, industry, universities and international partners around a common artificial intelligence (AI) agenda. The launch is organised in partnership with the 2026 Conference “Artificial Intelligence & Big Data” and the event is opened by Prime Minister Vasile Tofan.

About Moldova AI Hub

Moldova AI Hub builds on the Memorandum of Understanding signed in Chisinau in September 2025 by a public-private-academic consortium, including, among others, the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation, the Electronic Government Agency, Moldova Innovation Technology Park and the Moldova Investment Agency. The hub creates a formal cooperation framework to accelerate Moldova’s AI ecosystem by connecting public policies, applied research, skills, data, infrastructure and investments.

First day, 15 October

The first day programme is dedicated to strategic decisions that can turn IMs into a national capacity. Includes the sessions “From the North – agentic Government in Practice” and “The First Ten Million”, dedicated to how to allocate the first resources of a national AI programme, as well as showcasing the future model of the AI Hub.

Second day, 16 October: master classes for business and finance

The second day is dedicated to implementation, with a series of master classes for the public sector, business and the financial sector. Entrepreneurs and companies can participate in:

• Business Sector Masterclasses — compliance with European regulations, customer experience and automation of internal flows;
• EU AI Act Workshop practical four-hour session for organisations developing, implementing, procuring or using AI systems, organised with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, with the financial contribution of the European Union;
• Finance Sector Masterclass — the use of AI in the financial sector, including how AI can support the financing of entrepreneurs and the financing of AI innovation.

The event is organised by the National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC), the American Chamber of Commerce Moldova (AmCham Moldova) and the company AC Tech, in partnership with AI & Big Data Conference 2026.

The Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) is the public institution founded by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation, which implements support programmes and instruments to develop entrepreneurship and facilitate access to finance for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
