  4. Analysis and measurement of process performance;
  5. Process optimization;
  6. Digitisation of business processes: productivity solutions (CRM, ERP), smart business calendars, IP telephony, etc.
  7. Management of internal company processes by applying standards in specific areas

At the end of the module you will be able to:

  • Identify critical processes and their specific issues;
  • Formulate improvement proposals and implement them;
  • Apply a set of tools and methods to measure existing processes;
  • Determine the current performance from which to start the improvement effort;
  • Identify the cause of problems, using a set of tools and methods for identifying, controlling processes within the enterprise.

Upon completion of the training module participants will obtain certificates of attendance. Certificates are offered to participants who have a minimum 60% attendance margin in the training courses.
