Register for the Program
The programme is implemented by the public institution Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA) with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitisation and the Ministry of Culture.
Eligibility criteria:
For participation in component II - non-reimbursable financial support:
- The applicant, at the time of application to the Program, carries out tourism entrepreneurship or related activities with potential for organizing tourism activities on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, in the first level administrative-territorial units: villages, communes, as well as towns with a population of up to 30 000 inhabitants (according to the last population and housing census), which contains development of tourism product, tourism infrastructure, accommodation and/or catering activities for tourists, leisure activities;
- be enterprises defined according to Law No 179/2016 on small and medium-sized enterprises;
- have no arrears to the national public budget at the date of application to the Programme;
The non-reimbursable financial support (grant) does not include value added tax (VAT) and is granted under the following conditions:
- The amount of the grant is a maximum of 70% of the value of the investment project, but not more than 500 000 MDL.
- Own contribution - MSIs that do not have sufficient own resources for the implementation of the approved investment project will be able to cover the capital shortfall from credit sources. In this regard, the MSMEs may benefit, where appropriate, from a financial guarantee issued by the Credit Guarantee Fund, administered by the ODA on the basis of the Regulation on the organization, functioning and use of the Credit Guarantee Fund for small and medium-sized enterprises, approved by Government Decision No 709/2022.
