Organizers

Organisers of exhibitions/trade fairs who wish to include the exhibitions/trade fairs they organise in the calendar of exhibitions/trade fairs subsidised under the Programme for the following financial year are required to submit:

• Application for inclusion in the list of exhibitions/fairs subsidised under the Programme for the promotion of economic operators at fairs and exhibitions.

The deadline for submitting applications is 10 November each year.

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA RELATING TO THE ORGANISER OF NATIONAL EXHIBITIONS/FAIRS:

1. Legal entity registered under the legislation in force, on the territory of the R.M;
2. Regularly (minimum 3 years) active on the exhibition services market as an exhibition organiser (this type of activity being a profile activity);
3. has, for this purpose, the necessary technical and material resources, as well as a developed infrastructure.

After the selection and approval of the list of exhibitions/trade fairs by the Committee, the responsible person within the I.P.ODA, by 25th December each year, will publish the list on the I.P.ODA website - www.oda.md .

In case applications for subsidy of exhibitions/trade fairs are submitted after the approval of the exhibition calendar but need to be held in the current year of implementation, the Committee is convened to consider the application as well as the information note demonstrating the necessity and importance of holding such an exhibition/trade fair.
